Quite a story, nitoh! I've been around long enough that I have heard that story before and I did see one of these going down the road once. I wonder how many were made like that? And how many are still around.
THERE SHE IS!!!! After 4 month, feels like 12, the Imperial comes to the new home in Germany. She looks great. Meineke Car Center in Houston has done a great work!!!! Engine, Brakes, Transmission, Suspension, inside, all these things are in great conditions!!!! She rides like a new car!!!!
Looks like a very nice original Thomas, everything thing work on it? I see the front bumper will need a little work.
Congratulations, nitoh! You have to be excited after waiting for your car to be shipped all that distance! Looks like it made it in good shape. Now you need another garage stall!
Yes it is nice original, all electric things works inkl. the horn-ring! Yes the bumper needs work, I looking for another good one.
I feel bad about the bumper. Seems like someone here could have found and installed one for you before shipping it over there. That can not be a common find over there. I really bet one of these yards has that bumper. http://johnssalvagecompany.com/ http://www.ctcautoranch.com/ http://oldcarpart.com/home.html
