    at 153 mph like the article said the aerodynamics just sucked it up. sorry i dont know why the pic did that ,on my comp its right but on this site its upsidedown.Is someone trying to tell me something?

    yes i did modelti, i found the boondocks and stopped just for you and got the pic to prove it. unfortunately when i tried to load them on my old laptop it crashed so they will take a few days to load but here is a list of places i stopped but not necessarily in the order listed
    1- summit racing in mcdonough ga. if you never stopped at this place think home depot of speed parts
    2- the st louis arch
    3- st louis museum of transportation - the big boy and snow blower trains are incredible
    4- speedway motors in lincoln nebraska has a great museum right next door
    5- Garden city co
    6- fort custer in mills wyoming. the national trails historic center
    7- Sheridan wyoming
    8 - cheyenne wy
    9 - historic wagon trails in wyoming- grooves in sandstone supposedely cut by wagon wheels of the pioneers heading west
    10- reflection hill - right near the wagon tracks where the pioneers carved their names and initials into the sandstone hills
    11-cody wyoming- the land of Buffalo Bill, did the dam, the trolley tour, the Dan Miller Cowboy theater, gunfight,wild mustang tour,
    12- Heart Mountain wwll japanese internment camp
    13 - took highway 16 i believe up and over the snow capped bighorn mountains
    14-yellowstone national park
    15-the Little Bighorn Battlefield
    16-sat and watched a huge open pit coal mine i believe feeding a power house - was neat watching all the activity going on
    17-the Devil's Tower
    18 - Mount rushmore
    19- custer state park
    20- badlands national park
    21- the minuteman missle base national museum
    22- harold warp's pioneer village in nebraska
    23- 1880's town in wyoming
    24- homestead prarie house outside the badlands
    25- pioneer village in murdo sd
    26- wall drugs
    27- the irma bar and hotel owned by buffalo bill
    28- deadwood sd to watch wild bill hickok gunned down
    29- boondocks family center
    30- flinstone's theme park near keystone sd
    31- st labre indian school
    32- mitchell sd prehistoric indian remains archealogy site
    33- full throttle saloon in sturgis sd
    34- the needles highway
    35- iron mountain road
    36- dinosaur tracks in wy
    probably a few i missed that the pics will remind me of. this is what took me just a hair under 5,000 miles and 10 days before i got to the power tour

    That's an impressive tour, not even counting the Power Tour. It wore me out just reading about it!:yahoo::whew:

    Wow. I just added a new destination on my Bucket List, as there are a few things I'd love to see. The CB&Q #9908 "Silver Charger," the Big Boy loco #4006, and others, would be very cool. I also want to see the Chrysler Turbine car.

    in cheyenne wyoming i believe it was they actually have a big boy locomotive which should be running soon that must be an incredible sight to see running down the rails

    one more cool looking train and then it was time for the jefferson expansion memorial or the st louis arch. yes that is actually the dodge from the top of the arch. looking up that little line is where you lay on the inside of the building and snap your pic. next destination was the speedway motors american museum of speed . some really neat stuff
