well as someone else from ohio put, its not very rusty for a part of this country car, so it really shouldnt be to much work as long as body work goes, and im sorry to say this but it wont be gettin a paint job for atleast 2 years.

but ya, i read somewhere that they dont make reproduction pieces for this car, it may be wrong but if that is true, that back bumper is a NOS bumper which could easily draw in some money, and as i mentioned in an earlier post it is pretty well optioned , not under the hood so much because its only the v-6 but it does have factory air, factory power steering, and the automatic.
as far as interior, it has radio, the bench seat and im not very sure what else, but the wood grain makes me know it the D/L package.

but yes, all in all i feel im gettin a pretty good deal, and i hope it looks alot better with a wash on the outside, and a vaccum on the inside .....and thanks for your excitement, i veeeeeeeery excited to

i dont mind it maybe when i get the car ill put a bumper sticker on it that says froggy.........but im not sure if i want to do that with my new back bumper ?

 

Nah...just a pet name used by those of us in the know. I think it's a great name for that little car. But I wouldn't stick it ON the car.

haha he lives pretty close to me, but he works alot so it would mos likely have to be a weekend, and this week i know is a flop, but next weekend the seller isnt going to be around, so probably the weekend after labor day ? (im hoping)

 

I hope you are keeping in good contact with the present owner. I would hate to see someone else come along and snap it up out from under you. Think about it...it could happen. The guy wants it gone and I can almost guarantee you that it will be gone if someone else gets there first. First come first served. I'm not trying to worry you, but, I would hate to see it go before you make up your plans to get there. Especially knowing how excited you are. In my opinion, you need to make a firm date that you will be there to get the car and have the owner guarantee that it will be there at least until that date. And I wouldn't make that date very far in the future. The car is, after all, free. You aren't going to be the only one that sees it as a deal.
