He's sweet actually sometimes the smaller dogs are quicker at letting you know there's something around then larger dogs. This is a few of the dogs that I have been looking at... Lily, I found out today she has been adopted. http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/24595017?rvp=1 Maxi, They have not returned my email yet. http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/24639886?rvp=1 Marley, I phoned and email...nothing yet. http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/24580639?rvp=1 Shelby, I spoke to her owner twice, she's going to send me a few pics as soon as she gets the kids to bed...that was two days ago. http://capebreton.kijiji.ca/c-pets-...ur-german-shepard-for-sale-W0QQAdIdZ431280820 There have been many others they have either been adopted or my emails go unanswered. But I going to look at two puppies tomorrow morning...fingers crossed.
Hope one works out for you tomorrow Fannie. The upside to all of this is that dogs are obviously being adopted - so often there is a glut of them and sad things happen, so as tough as it is that you are having a hard time finding one, my heart says thank heavens all these pups are going to new homes and not shelters.
And from the look of Max he must have grabbed you by the ankle and wouldn't let go until you agreed to take him home. No matter how hard you shook your leg he wasn't letting go till you said "okay, I'll take him if we can get him dislodged from my sock".......
Well I have my puppy. She was labeled as a Lab/Boarder Collie mix... I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Gentlemen I'd like you to meet Skipper...
Congratulations Skipper. You just got yourself the perfect home. They are even building a station wagon just for you.

cute pup,. should bring you some fun loving times,. and all along you thought you were barking up the wrong tree,..
maybe you should try a pug I got mine from a local shelter, but I know there are lot's of pug rescues out there. They really are great dogs. I never thought I'd like 'em as much as I do since I've always liked big dogs. However, I must say this is the best dog I've ever had. And he loves to ride in Roadmasters - he's made trips to Georgia, SC and in a couple of weeks he'll be going to NY - he loves to travel!
Sorry Fannie, when I suggested that you might try a pug, I thought you were still looking. I didn't realize you had found a pup. Congratulations ! There's nothing like having a new dog.
Congratulations Fannie - Skipper is awesome! I'm a huge Border Collie fan - I've had them now for 17 years and think they're great! Keep Skipper busy and give her jobs to do or she'll make up her own jobs and those jobs may not be what you wanted, like getting your couch ready for disposal by chewing it into small pieces! She's a cutie! Skipper is very lucky! Jake and Elwood say "Hi"!
