In this cartoon flick they used leeside and starboard. Sinbad was from around the Indian Ocean saling to Fiji or some island. Thanks. I'm a land-lubber with fins (swim pretty good) Andy's the Fisherman.
How about some 17" rims on your roller skates? You should be alright, you're a chunky guy with the right height. Even better if you've got the boading house reach! When you roll the roof start at the crease of the windshield and roll to the back about 1/3rd, from the front/rear centerline to the door side, just catch the runs on the front roof lip, until you get both sides of the roof done. Then do the front lip and the roof edge on both sides. The reason is that the roof slopes to the sides and they also act like 'run magnets'. The really messy areas from the roof and down, are the B pillar and C corners. The A pillar is slanted forward, narrow and easier to work on. I used the pebble rockguard to protect it from our roadsalt. I took all the trim off, making it easier to roll, sand and paint.

Hey TB...I hope we'll get before and after pix! I can't wait to see it! I'm having trouble picturing in my mind how you will do a tri-color on that?
Steve, you may have seen this guy's two Zephyr projects, but he's got complete Accident Parts lists and Wiring diagrams for Ford, Merc, Mustang, Capri Fox vehicles that you can download (PDF) for the BIG $0. http://jpkvideoonline.com/jpk_video_online_009.htm His page numbering strategy is challenging, so I'll give you a sample: http://jpkvideoonline.com/parts sheets.htm
Norman no I'm sorry that car (Z7) could have been done better. His attention to details was great but he could have made a few changes to make it breath better while it was all apart. I would have reworked those heads to a inch of death to help the exhaust breath better, the exhaust he put on was the old style bends are restrictive.I would have gotten Mandrel bent pipes in California easy to do,a high flow catalytic converter would help that 6 out. I know California is strict on cars but there are ways to get it to perform better and emit less emissions. Cutting the roof for a sunroof (aftermarket) I would have looked for a factory set up and adapted it.
I didn't even look at those details, but those documents are usually only available on EBAY. He scanned them and made them in PDFs for free download. My only 'beef' is that you can't get to all that good info from his main business page. I just lucked out and got there through a looooooong web-link search. None of the menus help you find this Closet- Mercury Zephyr wizard's projects. He's what you might say he's being Mercurious. Ford-owners are more Force-full. http://jpkvideoonline.com/home.htm
I would like to find a Z7 put a LTD II Front clip on it with a 460CI engine and A really big Breasted Blonde Female to shift it for me.
It would look something like this: http://www.undrprsr.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=42 And sound like this [ame="http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=11043423"]Twin Turbo 460 Burnout Video by Trever - MySpace Video[/ame]
