Last Saturday I was on a Local Car Club Cruise, horrible Weather and one of the cars that showed up was a Panhard 24! You almost never saw one when they were new in France, let alone the US. Here is the one shot I got nest to my Solstice. I always thought they were good looking cars, I never knew they have 2 cylinder opposed aircooled engine.

I would say this could be filed under "cars you've never seen before" Because this is the first time I've ever seen one.

I think they're cute. The one on the right can use a bottle

The drivers of the following had a bottle too many

I used to see a few Panhard 17's out on the west coast in the 1960's. I think that is the 1st 24 I have ever seen in the States, I was really surprised to see it running, and in the 45F pouring rain most people chose to drive their every day drivers. I was impressed by the owner found out later in the week it was the high performance Tiger version with 60HP! 10 more than normal. That's pretty impressive from under 1 Litre of displacement IMO. He says it will leave a stock 1400cc Beatle in its dust.
He said I car take a ride in it next summer if I like, I think I will take him up on it.

The Yellow Convertible looks like something Speed Racer's Sister would drive. Never seen one of those before.

Here's an older one. Or at least, the wire wheels make it look so:

This is how they looked, in '53

    Here's one built in '45

A convertible from 1956. Looks Pontiacesque, from the rear:
