This video shows the basics of removing a door panel (not your specific vehicle but same principles)

If you have not removed a door panel this is a good start.

Hopefully a member has a parts or shop manual for your vehicle and can scan a view of the motor assembled in the door to give an idea of what to expect next. You will need a small socket set and long sleeves. The edges of the inner door panel are sharp and space is limited.

Prolly under $50 at your local glass shop - and you could wait for it!
No cuts, no bruises, no skinned knuckles - priceless!

Rivets will have to be drilled out and replaced with the appropriate sized bolts.
    Standard repair/replacement procedure.
It's not that hard, have at it.

Yep, it's much simpler than it appears. I've done it a couple of times and was surprised at how easy it was. Window motors are pretty cheap. You can do this easily. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

Those rivets hold the regulator mechanism to the door. The motor itself should be bolted to the regulator. Failing the factory manuals, either the Haynes or Chilton's manuals will have the detailed instructions for the job. Once the door panel is off, the job should be straight forward.

I've replaced electric motors for windows and those rivets are usually 1/4". Once you drill them out, they can be replaced with 1/4" bolts.
