    Thanks, I'm really liking it. Really looks classy and made the driver's area feel a lot more open.

    Looks great!! Now I want that wheel in my Vista Cruiser! Would you know if that wheel would fit a 1977? Cause I want to make it feel a little more "sportier", plus my current wheel is cracked in a few places. Not to mention the fact that the sport wheel of the 70's is going for some serious coin.

    It would bolt on, but if I were you I'd look for a 70's era 4-spoke Olds Sport steering wheel. These are sharp and will look correct on your car. They show up on Ebay a lot.

    IF I ever make it up to our South Atlanta Pull A Part to look for Roop parts, I could check a couple 70's Cutlass's they have listed? How hard is the wheel to remove Mike? :confused:

    Not hard, just bring a big socket set for the center bolt and a cheap steering wheel puller. Done.

    And after first loosening the center nut, leave it on a few threads while using the wheel puller. :slap: Sometimes the wheel will stick and may pop off all at once. They are made of a hard material and most noses are soft.
    Don't ask!!!!!!!! :naughty::yup:

    Thks for the tips guys! 77vista, what color(s) do you prefer?

    Would any 4 spoke wheel from any 70 model Olds work(like Delta 88's)?

    Looks WAY better and most cops will NEVER know. Most cops these days are near clueless on cars anyway.

    Yea but in our little hick town most cops think they know all the rules. Depends on who you are and what you drive whether they will stop you. Seems like we still live in the olden days where iffin you ain't a McCoy or Boss Hogg ain't your uncle you're in a heap o trouble boy.:slap:

    @81X11 That wheel is my first choice, cause it would have been optional and is correct. Yet every time a nice one comes up it goes for good money, the 69-72 guys snatch them up.

    Good question MotoMike, I'm not to sure to be honest. This my first GM and I'm still learning about what will interchange with which models. But I'm sure others on here will chime in.

    As far as the colors go. My interior is close to the one that was posted. So either brown/saddle/tan or black.

    Did where I used to live. One night my wife and I got chased by a truck full of drunken rednecks. Not the cool kind like my uncle and his family. These guys meant trouble. It didn't help that I was wearing my old trench coat and a long skirt with my hippy hair hanging down past my shoulders. People there didn't get Zoe and me.

    Sorry, I didn't mean to hyjack the thread.

    I wouldn't get my hopes up too high on finding a decent or not terminally sticky 70-77 Olds rallye wheel in the boneyard, but you never know.:)
    The 70-77 4 spoke Olds steering wheels are about 15-1/2" diameter and only came in black.
    The colored ones only came on the Starfires, as far as I know, and are 14-1/2" diameter.

    They do repo the wheel, Fusicks has them for 350 bucks complete, cool ain't cheap.:)
