Andy and Tbird know more details. WB is 115", same as Fairmont/Zephyrs, all models (wagons and sedans).
Our member patrick80 had a '80 LeBaron T&C until recently. His had the 225 6-cylinder. He knows a lot about them....
Yeah...I saw his in the Gallery, Krash. The Ford smaller wagons are about 2 & a half inches longer in the WB than the Chrysler. I think the Chrysler is 112.6 or so. Built pretty well too. And loaded up nice. The one I showed has the Lean Burn replaced. I kinda like those Marquis/LTD II too. I would have to drive one to see if I like the ride, handling etc. Same with the little T&C.
wow...what a night here. I had 3 different threads goin'! I'm gettin' TIRED! Sure did learn a lot tonight.
Always new about options...never knew enough about specific cars. You can get in trouble with ideas and not enough knowledge about the cars. Sometimes your ideas can get REAL expensive if you have to start changing everything around. Don't have time or money for that anymore.
Right on, Krash! Yup....pretty, stock looking wagons with tons of HP under the hood is what I love. That's what my 88 Electra was. I LOVE sleepers!
