thats different... it's called patience and spray paint and hoping it dryies before y wife gets off works... andything pink or white gets a bad paint job.

...um my eyes can't adjust to bright light and yes I have actual medical proof of that... I am legal to drive but... no bright colours.

-Keep in mind color is only skin deep. Yes, that pink Kustom Ford was cute and nearly the 49-51 Merc I always wanted. It was previously gold. I was planning on painting it red. But under that skin deep pink paint was more Bondo than the Barris brothers used in the average Kustom they built. Plus rust, bad wiring, and so much more just lurking under that pretty Pepto Bismo paint. I was honest. I told the guy wanting to trade me a yellow 41 Ford everything. He still wantd it. See what a pretty face will do to a man!:slap:-I was writting this as several of you wrote your comments.-As far as confidence when driving it, my wife always rode with me. I told people it was her car!

:yippee:Yea yea! That's why I traded. The odd part was we were 140 miles away at Turkey Rod run when we traded with a friend and club member who lived 7 miles from us! Long story and not really a friend.---- He trailered it over because it ran hot and other things I discoverd later. We always drove the wagon. It even went around the speedway the day we traded.
