It has been brought to my attention that people around the globe do not realize how big the interest in american made automobiles is in Sweden. Therefore, I feel obligated to show my compadres a little fraction of how big it really is. This is a link to a site called GARAGE. When you enter this site, unfortunately, you have to be able to do some swedish. That´s where I come in. Click on the blueish "leaf" that says "Bilar". That is swedish for "Cars". Click on the "curtain" that says "Välj Bilmärke". That is swedish for "Choose Car-make". Voila, use the "dropcurtain" for you favourite model, and you might be amazed how many of "your" cars that ended up in Sweden. And remember, this is only a fraction of cars.... Here´s the link: http://www.garaget.org/ Enjoy.
I wondered the same thing. I hardly dented put a dent in the amount of nice cars...no wonder we have no older cars left, you took them all! Definetly die hard car people....it can't be cheap on your side of the pond!
Sweden indeed is the US car walhalla of Europe (besides that it is the most beautiful country of this continent). Hopefully I can finally make a long wished trip next year: show and cruise in Vasteras (power big meet): probably the biggest US car meet in Europe
