Yesterday (Friday) we put a little tree on top of Lil Sis with a few sets of lights and a big red bow in the grill. She looks great. Later I took her into town to do a bit of Christmas shopping, it was amazing how many people waved and took pictures. Today daughter and I went to pick up sister to do some more shopping in the city. Sister came out of her house and just said "OMG". I told if she was going to sit in the front her job was to make sure the lights on the tree were on when we get in and off when we get out.
On the highway folks were pulling up beside us taking pictures/videos, waving, honking it was great fun. My sister said to me "you sure have a spark for attention seeking", I said to her "maybe, but look how much fun everyone is having". She started to get into it as well after a bit pointing out people waving, laughing. Daughter in the back doing the same.
It's incredible how something so simply can brighten so many people's day, including mine. :bouncy: So get those wagons out and have a bit of fun people.

I'll post a few pictures later it's too dark now.

    :christmas:

That's cool-sounding and likely loads of fun. Any Scrooges tell you you're #1, just laugh and wave.

Thank you. But why wait until next year? If we are to make a movement to reintroduce our wagons to the masses you should get on it this year. Who knows what awaits us next Christmas.

Listen to her Krash. You've still got three weeks. Go up in the mountains and grab one of those giant redwoods to put on your wagon roof.:rofl2:
Some of us may not be here next year or have our station wagons.:christmas:

Very Nice Fannie. I really like this idea.
I have had similar ideas myself. Unfortunately my wagon doesn't have a roof rack.

I am thrilled that so many folks were enjoying seeing you out and about and that you were enjoying yourselves as well.

Awesome! I did that a couple of years ago, maybe it was last year. I used those oversized, vintage Christmas lights on the tree.

Do it again, folks really seem to get pleasure out of seeing the wagon with the tree and lights. Your really doing a disservice by not decorating your wagon.
