The Aqua that you see is actually Greican Green. That is the color that she will be brought back to, however I do like the black roof. What do you think, blk roof or all green?

Have a 72 Monte Carlo that was a vinyl top car. Painted it overall light metallic green (Seafoam Green?) And dark green on the roof. There are enough body line chnages in your wagon that you could do something similar.

I'd keep her all green. To me, anyway, the two tone just looks like someone painted half the car. If you're bringing her back to original, I'd keep her as she was built.

Keeping her as original as possible was my goal from the beginning but every now and then I think that maybe I could play with the paint a bit...

I have a picture of another Beaumont that was done awhile ago and I L-O-V-E the roof racks but Fannie didn't have racks.

    You go girl

I thought I waz staying up with you on the Fannie progress but somewhere along the line I blinked and had to read 'bout 30 posts. All green getz my vote and I'll ask one question on the roof rack: Have you thought about all the dodging, twistin', turnin', and hangin' from ah tree limb you've gotta do just to wash 'n wax the roof even if you could find the correct rack? Jer

LOL I have a feeling there will be no roof racks and she'll likely be all green as she was when she came of the line. I'll just be happy to see her back in one piece.

The shop is replacing the quarter panels on both sides. Then we will bring her home, they don't have the room to keep her there while the other parts(doors and fenders, etc.) have their reparts done. So we'll bring these parts to him a piece at a time. Onceall the parts are ready to be assembled we'll take her back to have the finish work done and painted. It's exciting isn't it?:bouncy:
