She shure isn't a pritty site when you drive up to her but holly crap when you look under the dirt!:thumbs2: I just left a message with the seller that I will take it, I don't need/nor care to see this one run.

    I can't believe it.......
    There Is NO MOLD!
    :29::2_thumbs_up_-_anima:29:

Here are a few pics for starters, I took lots but this will give you a idea why I'm saving this one from uncetain doom.

The sun was at a crap angle, so most of my pics are from the passenger side.

    What I drove up to....

eeewwwww.... very moss covered, the pics some how hide just how moss covered the car is...

But look at the bottom of the tailgate!!!

    Drivers seat, door, and floor....

    Seat is mint!

one little rip in uper left corner....

Odd wear spot, but keys under the floor mat that work the door locks. gas and brake peddle have less wear than my Buick
    [IMG]

    bottom of drivers door....

The cargo area, I couldn't get a good pic of the other side because of the sun but it's just as good.....

    A 3 seater.....

More pics in a few minutes:yup:

    passenger door hinges....

    more hinges....

    Dash....

It's too bad the stearing wheel cover is dry rot shot, I like these "stitch it yourself" wraps. My Crewzer still has it from when the old lady owned it.

I guess I missed the bit of a split on the side of the drivers seat, but look how clean that entrace way is......

Just as clean inside on the hinge side....You can get a better idea of how moss'd the car is on the out side in this pic. The green Ford has also sat beside this wagon untouched for 2 years and is clean inside but mossed on the outside.....

    More pics coming......

Wow Tedy. What a find. I think it gives us all hope that there are still some "barn finds" out there to be had. $200?!! Heck, all I'd have to do is stay out of the gin mill for a week and I'd have the cash. Congrats, Tedy. I can't wait to see if after you've had it for a weekend and clean it up. Looks like that might be all it needs is some elbow grease, maybe some compound and wax. Definitely throw those Olds wheels on there that you have. That'd make a big difference, but I do like the wires too. You lucky dog, you!!
81X11, that was an amazingly gorgeous CC; I usually prefer the wood, but I gotta tell ya, looking at your's makes me start thinking otherwise. Nice wagon, really. Glad to see it went to a collector.

Tedy  Tedy  Tedy

How absolutely wonderful! At $200.00 that beauty could have ended up as a...dare I say it...a DD car

I'm so glad you were lucky enough to find it. I would love to see it all shined up at the beach like 82x11's

    Congratulations! :thumbs2:

I opened the hood and tore up a magor spider nest not web! Look hard at this pic, that black spot in the middle is the biggest F****** wolf spider I have ever seen!! It was on top of that nest when i noticed it, when I came close to with the camera it ran...ran under the nest, it's upside down! The body was huge, the legs were 1 1/2 inches long
    [IMG]

but then, Pretty clean for 2 years outside....

Pic doesn't show the real colour, trans fuid isn't blood red but alot more red than the pic, not burnt but old.... motor oil was the same, 1/2 colour.

Nice green gatorade in the rad....

Well, now its official...........after seeing the under hood pics, I hate Tedy too, lol. Clean looking fluids, carb looks like it just came out of the box, zero rust flecks floating in radiator, looks complete including a belt to the AC comp. Yeah..........I hate you too! J/K good find there! :thumbs2:
