Yup. It’ll be interesting to see if it even hits his $11,750 reserve. That’s auction just doesn’t feel right.

Don’t know if it sold, but it hit $9,300, a bit more realistic than the previous $14,100, or even near the $11,750 reserve on the first go around. If he’s serious he should sell it for that. I think that first auction had some inside help. For a 400 6 pass no pw/cruise car that, IMHO is not bad price. I’ll be curious if that one hits the 3 strike rule. I just get nervous when I see 4-5 month old pics and they won’t update them, or send any more photos when requested

4=5 month old pictures don't bother me. 4-5 year old pictures do. From what I have seen, most of these cars hit their highest bids on the first round. Usually the first auction bid price is something the owner should take and run (assuming it is legitimate), but it doesn't hit their inflated reserve so they don't. High bids on subsequent auctions always seem to go lower and lower.

I guess you’re probably right. The only thing that I guess aggravated me was the seller was open to question, and indicated that he would forward additional pictures for the asking. I asked twice and never got any. That was my only apprehension.

I’ll tell ya. When I read his add not a word has changed. Something is happening when they get there to pick it up. Maybe he hit a phone pole or something. I’ll be interested to see if this thing gets up to $9,300 this time. I know the pictures aren’t that old, but I would either demand new photos, or find a friend in that area to check it out. This ain’t passing the smell test.

eBay listing ended because "no longer available." Why do I think we will see it yet again?

It’ll be interesting to see if it shows up again from Indian Wells, and if the pictures are the same old April shots, with a whacky reserve.
