    If you click on the bid history, you'll see that the $13,950 sale price was the Buy it Now price, not a final bid. My theory is that most, if not all of the bids were from the same buyer, trying to determine the reserve. Then the buyer and seller came to an agreement, and the seller lowered his "Buy it Now" price for the buyer. Again, just my theory...
