Notice how non-rusty this one appears to be - particularly around the quarter glass......

Not a bad car. Not terribly well optioned. Two-seater. Manual tailgate. Manual windows. Power locks. A/C. Luggage rack. No rear window defogger. But it is an Impala, not a Caprice.

Can't see enough to say anything about cruise control, tilt wheel, radio.

Missing the window crank on the left-side passenger door.

Missing part of the front bumper filler on each side.

Kind of ragged along the upper part of the driver's door opening, and the front seat obviously needs attention. What are those little things on top of the dash on the passenger side and around the radio speaker?

By the way, the single center speaker suggests only an AM radio.

For nearly $6,000, I'd want it to be in a little better shape and perhaps a bit better optioned than it is. As it sits, it's a good $4,000 car.

Great assessment Jaunty. I'll add that I see dual exhaust and a trailer hitch.... hopefully not driven hard with large loads.

Also, the rear cargo area floor and side panels looks a little rough. Nothing that can't be reconditioned. Something about a super clean wagon cargo area just really looks good....like a pickup with a trimmed wooden bed.

The tabs on the dash I believe are leftover stickies from a dash cover, the cover is no longer on.

And why do we put a dash cover on? To cover up something. Now that you mention it, looking closely, I think I can see a couple of cracks in the dash. Another reason that this is not a $6,000 car.
