Not a bad-looking car, but $7995 is too much money for the damaged driver's side doors. https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/cto/d/1973-ford-country-sedan/6610305989.html Passenger side looks great. Driver's side not so much.
Can't be sure as I don't trust my monitor to be that accurate on color, but it appears to me that the paint on the RF fender doesn't match that on the doors and quarter. Has something been replaced/repaired/repainted? Yes, $8K is a lot of money for a car in this condition, especially a Country Sedan of this vintage for which there is a lot less interest than for a Country Squire.
Actually, it's the two passenger side doors and the right rear fender that are "less golden" (more faded) than the hood, roof, and right front fender in the top photo above. Given the car's age, it seems quite possible that body work or collision repairs have been done in the past. But given the fully messed up left side of this car and the extensive body work that still needs to be done, the whole thing is destined for a repaint, anyway.
Looks like it is Slidemanic's old car. Damage matches the description from his thread. http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/threads/failed-state-inspection.47083/
The mismatched paint is a flag which should alert you to the possibility of earlier damage, and lead you to inspect carefully to make sure that any repairs that may have been done were done properly. If you could score a couple of decent doors (at a reasonable price), you might get away a lot cheaper by just replacing the damaged ones. It doesn't look like the quarter received any damage.
