Nice car and rare. Looks like a 2-seater version. Being a Canadian car, probably lacks A/C. I do not see the dash vents, which would indicate that, but I could be wrong.
Impossible to tell if it has AC from the dash pics. Here's a clear no AC Century that still has dash vents.
Nope, no A/C on that one above is there? Apparently on these Centurys, these still had dash vents, even without A/C. The controls on the HVAC controls right of the steering wheel gives that one away for sure. It only has "off/heater/defrost" which I am sure many noticed. Many Canadian cars back then didnt have the A/C option, so I wonder about that Century Estate. I have seen high end luxury cars from the 60s and 70s with no A/C and typically those are from Canada or extreme northern USA. Pretty much the opposite here in the southern USA. Many cars back when had A/C. All of the car I remember us having when I was growing up from the 60s/70s all had A/C and all of the 60s and 70s cars I have ever owned (and there have been many) all had factory A/C. Would be interesting to know if this Century Estate has A/C. That is also a very unusual steering wheel on the "example" car above. Looks like a very base and standard version steering wheel. Is that a factory '73 Buick wheel?
That is a factory '73 Buick base steering wheel, the last year for that wheel in the Centurys. The more upscale (Luxus and Regal) Centurys came with a wheel like on the wagon here for sale. Looks like a neat wagon! Pete
