    Thanks!

The blue one is actually a '73 Impala wagon. Hard to tell the difference, but you can see when you look at the door panels, they were slightly different design than the '72. Also the hubcaps say '73. Oh yeah, brand new they were... how nice to have them now. NO RUST either!! :) Being brand new cars and in southern California, these cars may not have seen any rain at this point. lol.

Did you notice how big those parking spaces were? lol.

You know that Shirley Jones was here in person all week about two weeks ago singing. I wanted to take my '72 down to the theater and get her photo taken with it. Sounds cheesy I know, but I thought it would be cool. lol.

Yeah, I love that mid-size Estate as well. Pretty rare car. I remember seeing an episode where the daughter and Shirley changed the spark plugs in it. I thought why in a new car? Lol.

Strange that was the only year they used a mid-size wagon as their family wagon.

Hey Kingswood, your right, I was a little time poor when I first posted and that is how I missed the year that you posted and also the Carol and Shirley mix up, my bad :rednose:

Also she would have loved having her picture taken in a similar pose with your 72 if you got the chance. Perhaps this could be a challenge for next year, and that is have someone famous have their photo taken along side your wagon. With all of the car shows cruisers that people go to, perhaps this will not be as hard as it may seem.
