Some progress pics of our '68 Caprice and it's mods

    Fixing up our new to us Caprice. Better handling, better stopping, more reliable is the goal.

    Just some progress pics.

    Rick

    GM crate engine
    Multi-port fuel injection
    Tubular upper and lower, front and rear control arms
    14:1 steering box
    Big fat anti-roll bars
    2 inch dropped spindles (still needs to be a smidge lower in the front)
    4-wheel disc brakes
    17x8 and 17x9 torque thrust wheels
    255-50-17 fronts
    275-50-17 rears

    That is not the Biscayne converted. It ia a real Caprice Estate.

    I'll take pics of the two together when I get this one finished up.
