    Don't look, Andy. :)
This car is better than it looks. I've been talking to the owner and he is probably the nicest guy I have ever met online. An older guy and dead honest. What he says about the car is straight up and if you ask him questions he will answer answer that way. The car has been sitting but runs out perfect with the expected snort. It's dirty so you would never know it was painted just 2 years ago. It's in southern Georgia and has been there all its life. There is no rust on this car except for two small places where the paint chipped. I have pix of the underside and there is zero rust underneath. Not even surface rust. None. I like this wagon but it may not be for everybody. Take a look. And, if you happen to email him I would ask that you please tell him you saw the car here. I told him I would post it here. His wife wants the car out of the yard....it can be had for less money. I think it's a steal.

Oh yeah, that one's been on ebay for a while now too.

On another note, but not a wagon...
I came across a local ad for a 302 + AOD, emailed the guy and it turns out the engine is in a fox-body LTD too. I think that's pretty rare, but he was asking $300 and you get the car, so it must be in rough shape.

No...the car I show above hasn't been on ebay. This car can be had for $2k. If it doesn't sell I'll have to look into my problem parking conditions here. I am looking at a wagon now that I want if I can get it fairly reasonable (a member here has agreed to check it out for me). If I get it or not....if this one is still around I think I will go get it. I see great possibilities for this car.
    EDIT:
I forgot to mention that there is over $500 in head work in thos GT-40 heads.

That interior looks great, cushy, and I'm sure it moves out. Worth the price at first glance, for sure.

Me either, Krash. It's been for sale forever. This is the first time he ever showed anything other than the front end...LOL. Very contrived pix in my opinion. Something that always bothers me to the point of losing any interest.

It is kind of rare to find them in rust-free condition.
I'm tempted to go look at this $300 fox-body LTD 4dr. The guy says it's an ex-RCMP cruiser and has heavy duty suspension and an HO motor. Perhaps it might have an 8.8 rear as well.

Seems likely that it would, Andy, since it's a police unit.

In civilian trim it would have been called the LTD LX.....

Local crook car lot had a dark grey one just like that white 5.0 LX for sale when I was 18. I wanted it so bad, but he was asking way too much for it, I am trying to remember the price he wanted and am thinking it was like $5k. He tried to tell me it was an ex Police car, but I knew better.

Yeah, Blackie. Funny about car dealers. When I was in the business I met some really nice guys that were straight shooters. OTOH, I also met some seedy crooks. I'm not sure what it is about the car biz that seems to attract these types but it gives a bad name to the rest of the guys. Some of them will lie when they don't even have to!

I hear that, I prefer to deal with individual owners and stay away from dealers at all costs. I narrow my Craigs List search down by looking for cars by owners only. I will not even click on one that is a dealer listing. I do not trust any of them slimy pricks. I do not care how honest they are, they are all the lowest levels of scum, they feed off the feces of bottom feeders.....

Well....here's something interesting for you. Among dealers.....we would rather deal with each other than with a guy trading in his car. Wanna see people lie?????...........talk to a private owner who thinks he has the best car in the world. Trade in owners lie about twice as much as a dealer. I hated listening to trade in owners. As a dealer you can look at a car and know what it's worth in about 15 seconds. Then you have to listen to all the BS about the guys car. Lots of crooked dealers....AND, lots of crooked private sellers.
