Thanks for sharing. Nice wagons. Just curious, do you recall the asking price for the 65 Fairlane wagon?
In the Wagon class the red '55 Ranch Wagon with trailer won 1st place My '67 Ranch Wagon was 2nd and the '66 Country Squire was third. It was worth the 9 hour drive to participate in my first big show. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima
Your wagon looked great, and congrats on the trophy. Its hard to compete with the complete display (including the vintage camping trailer) like the 55 had. If only you had a vintage trailer, to display with your wagon, you could have won 1st place. I think your wagon, the 66 Squire, and even a couple others, were ay least as nice or nicer than the red 55.
Love that little Blue Falcoon Jim. Probably three on the tree to go with the six banger too I wonder how many of todays youth even know what a clutch is HUMMM, Anti Theft Device in todays world aye? Tell me again what you're driving to Carlisle in July. My memory bankz have short circuited. P.M. me if that workz better, Jer
Jer, Right now my plan is to drive the red 67 Coronet convertible to the Chrysler show at Carlisle this year.
Great pics, despite being full of the F-word! Ha! Love the Airstream trailer pic. Carlisle is always fun!
Congrats BP! Thanks for the Jim! I like the 58 and 59's, the awesome looking green Cyclone and the 71 or 72 green Torino with the gold sport stripe best I think!
The '61 Country Sedan is a very nice car. It has a 352 with 3-speed overdrive. All original (except for the wheels and air cleaner). It was in a museum for awhile.
