Hi Everyone! Finally got around to my intro post! Gerry from London, UK, in the land of wet and rust, where we also drive on the right side of the road so owning my first American wagon, with the steering wheel on the 'wrong' side adds a bit of excitement! Really pleased to be on here, and I've learnt a lot in my time lurking. I'm now the very proud owner of a 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Wagon, which although a little tatty around the edges, is rock solid underneath. It's just a brilliant car! Lots of things I want to do, so the hunt for parts begins. Nice to meet you all! Gerry
Welcome, Depp! We've got a few members with those Belvederes / Coronets, so you have some support here. Glad you joined us! Marshall
Gerry. Wherever you are you're not alone. There's always someone here to give advice, a helping hand, and encouragement. We'll even help you spend your money and give you a hard time now and then.
Sometimes feels like it..... 'Is that from Ghostbusters?' 'Is it a hearse?' 'Why are you sitting in the passenger seat?' 'That can't be very economical' 'You mean you bought a car and some of the windows don't go up and down?' I love it!
aboard Gerry! That is one cool lookin' wagon. I dig it. I'm sure you get lots of looks and thumbs up cruisin' the streets in the U.K. Jack
Economical? Who ever considered that? It's the fun factor! Ever tried to tell a golfer he was wasting money playing golf? Nice MOPAR, Gerry. ModelT1 is the only one here who gives anyone a rough time........but he's moving to Illinois, so his internet access will diminish with the cold, frozen service back there............we hope.
Welcome to the forum! Nice wagon. Plymouth parts over here are not that plentiful, but.... when you find something on eBay or elsewhere that does not ship international, drop us a line. We will be glad to pack and ship for you.
