    It does look to be an FE, but there's nothing that says someone didn't put an old 289 into it. Our '66 Galaxie 500 XL was badged for a 390, but Dad swears it only had a 289 or 302 in it. But if I had to bet, I'd say it's a 352 or 390.

    So the seller did pretty good on eBay. Originally tried to sell it for $12k on C/L and got better than that on eBay! If, that is, the buyer doesn't renege on the deal. :(
