I wrote to the seller this time. I suggested he drive the car over to a park or other scenic location for new photos. Plus I told him that he needs to post high resolution, large photos to get any real serious bidders.

I didn't have the heart to tell him/her that nobody on Ebay is going to pay $149,000 for it. The only hope that they have to get that kinda money is at Barrett Jackson.

A friends 58 Imperial convertible that was a fully documented car bought by Howard Hughes only sold for $75,000 on Ebay. The buyer took it to Barrett Jackson and sold it for $350,000. You gotta go where the money is.

The guy needs to smell the coffee. That car isn't going to be worth anywhere near what he is asking for it. If he thinks it's worth that much, he should have it appraised by an expert.

( hmmmmm....I wonder how much he [got took for] paid for it?)

From what I recall, the seller doesn't have a lot of information to actually prove it was Elvis' wagon, but I don't think that anyone is actually disputing the claim, either. Frankly, the fact that Elvis owned the wagon would to me increase the value by maybe two bucks.

Elvis died before it was built?

Hi, I'm pretty sure Elvis died in '77, how would he get his hands on an '80 wagon?

    TruckerDavid,

The 80 wagon is mine. The Elvis wagon is a 72 Cadillac.
