    Yeah, it is a stunning wagon! I wish mine was that color and had the brocade cloth interior option! :)

    Is there are link or resource to find out what color & grain was used for a 1978 Colony Park wagon?

    Also........how much trouble would I be in with the forum members if I said that I really want to paint over the dark brown metallic on my car to a factory 1978 Mercury white? The brown is boring, and the wood does not stand out. (interior is light brown)

    You know what, you could paint your own grain too. Clearcoat after. :idea:

    You could even fake the chisel marks for that 'touch of class'. :biglaugh:

    Check out the Gallery for old brochures or build sheets for the part number or style names, otherwise it's a best-guess or preference thing.:)
