whats up. So I recently bought a 98 civic for the wife and the seller gave me this baby with it for free: [/IMG] its a town & country lebaron. title says it's a 78 but i'm not sure of the validity of that because from what i've read they only made the non wood trimmed ones in 80 and 81? anyways this thing is in excellent condition for its age. i need a passenger side tail light though, anybody got one out there?
Welcome Drfink! Sweet deal you got there, thanks for joining us, sorry about the delay in your welcome.
Welcome aboard! Free puppies and free cars have been the most expensive things I've ever gotten. Can't resist either one of them! Hope the wagon turns out to be a good one.
FREE? Now why can't I find a deal like that? Welcome to the forum anyway, even though I don't like you. I'll get over it. some day.............. Marshall
As to the wood grain delete, I couldn't find any record of it in the '78 catalog(but doesn't mean you couldn't do it). I did find the wood grain delete in the '79 catalog though. Look at the bottom of the next-to-last page. http://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/mopar/79leba/79leba.html Marshall
Welcome to the nuthouse! Great wagon you got for free! The lens should not be that difficult to find, as they used the same one for several years. The Dodge Diplomat and Plymouth Caravelle lenses will fit the same opening. They won't be a match for trim, but they will be intact and red for safety until you find the right one.
First post without a proper introduction and not one response in a week. The guy just wanted somebody else to find him a tail light lense.
