I've been thinking about getting a wagon for a while now, so I figured I'd join this forum in an effort to keep chasing that goal. I've loved cars my whole life, but have only recently come to appreciate wagons as a whole. American-made wagons up to 1975 are my favorites. There are some really nice rides posted up throughout this site, and I'm looking forward to browsing and learning. --Dan
Dan. You can stop thinking now. You've come to the right place. Somewhere there is a station wagon calling your name. Keep looking and enjoy the journey. We'll convert you from a wanna-be to a proud owner in no time.
Welcome, Dan. You're right in the middle of some prime wagon-finding territory. Lots of nice, solid wagons around, anywhere from the bay area, out to the high desert, into LA and OC, or even down to San Diego - all within a days drive for you. Pay particular attention to the Craig's List Inland Empire and Palm Springs sections. Heck, you can even get to Vegas and Arizona without too much travel time. Feel free to drop in on our discussions, and there's no question that shouldn't be asked, except maybe "Is this wagon good for the demolition derby?" Marshall
I have a list of requirements, and I need to work within that. Right now, Ramblers seem to best fit the list. I won't be asking that one...I don't do demo derbies! Thanks to all for the kinds words.
Found one for you..... in Fresno http://fresno.craigslist.org/cto/3150666118.html Seller is asking way too much money, but maybe he'll be more reasonable if you talk to him.
I've seen that one before; he's been trying to sell it for a while. Somehow, I don't think he'd like my offer, though.
