In all your travels in the Fury, did you ever come across this guy in this Fury. I think at the time the photo was taken, he was part of some well known British band.

I truly love this thread...I'm jealous. Wish I had history with my wagon like this.

I could do a thread, but it would mostly be restoration and local stuff. I need to get out more...

    Unfortunately, no.
I have never seen this photo before. I think that I would have flipped out with excitement if I had seen it when I was a teenager.
There was a point in time when I was very much into the Beatles.

Two years ago you encouraged me to start a thread...I'm gonna gather my thoughts (that's the hard part) and see about posting something at least weekly. a little bit at a time.

    Thanks for the encouragement!!

I think I'll call it "Sarge - Road Warrior"

At least I'm not that far gone yet, my mother's side were doing their impression of Dr Evil by the time they hit 30 and my father's side still had pretty much a full head past 80.

Yeah, and like Gerry Rafferty I'm pretty much stuck in the middle.

Wow, I haven't had hair since somewhere around 2009. I remember I was sitting in church and a camera shot from the balcony shown a head with a horseshoe bald spot. I smiled and thought it looked funny until I looked to see who it might be and realized it was me!!
I went home a shaved my head that day. I figured the Lord was taking the hair one strand at a time. It was the one and only time I could give the Lord some help!

Now, so far in my life, I've been blessed by God, giving my family sides the genes that keep my hair on my head and pretty much brown. I'm 56 and only have a few streaks of grey so far, and grey patches in my beard. My brothers and sister all went grey in their early fifties. Dad was a silver fox by 44, but I attribute that to the stresses of military service. I do have the beginnings of widow peaks like my "Grandpa Jack" (Mom's biological father), but other than that, come what may, ehhh, who cares? I promised myself I wouldn't care, that I'd deal with what came along.

I had a similar experience, except it was on a security camera in the bank while I was waiting in line for the teller.
However I didn't go home and shave my head. It's just happening one strand at a time.
