So it has happened. Today, my buddy Brent, his pal Andrew, The Rev and myself shoehorned my '59 Parkwood out of it's parking spot for the last 10 years at The Revs house. We loaded it up onto the trailer and headed off to the body shop were it will be reborn once again, to it's past glory. Well, I hope anyway. :D
    Enough chat. Time for pix!
For the last 10 years, it was parked under a tent. One winter, the tent collapsed onto my car from the weight of the snow on it. Needless to say, when The Rev called me, I didn't wanna go look at it and see the damage. So there it sat, under the tarp that was the tent. Covered in green tree crap and mold n ****.

Much to my amazement, when the tarp and the car cover came off, it was damn near the exact way I left it. Just alot more squirrel turds.
SIDE NOTE: The color was something I was trying. I had an idea in my head, and it failed, so it is going away.
    continue............

We had to move The Revs '58 Yoeman outta the way. It's for sale, yo!

Brent LOVING the pissing down rain...........

We had to move the tent that was covering the Bermuda..........

We were worried that the breaks would be seized, but no issues there. Took it out of park, and away it went.

Apperantly "Lowrider Guy" isn't immune to rodent attack.

On the trailer and sinched down!

We were warm n dry, the car wasn't

This is Andrew. Hey may look stoned. But he's not. Thats just how he looks.

AT TH E BODY SHOP!!! This day finally came!!

This was parked there, so I took a picture of it. It belongs to a different shop.

    Comin off the trailer.

    Anyway, that concludes, Day 1

You've been busy. Rain? Here? Naw, that's just thick air. Or that's what I've been telling my prairies buddies for years now.

What are the plans for the wagon? Got colors chosen? Power train figured out?

Ten years - you are a patient man.

It looks like it's stayed in pretty good shape. Can't wait to see it after its facelift. Good luck.

If the floorpans are good, that will be an easy restoration.

Stovebolt thanks. We finally got a look at the Rev's other fleet cars.

I lived out there for 10 years, so I know the muck and crap you mentioned. Your wagon did well to survive the humidity.

Dodgeguy, they don't use much salt on the west coast near the US border. Mostly heavy dew and fluffy frozen dew on a blue moon. :rofl2:

Well Rev, your fenderskirts got lifted at last. Nice array of wheels. Nice orphanage of rare cars. :thumbs2:
