Station wagons in vintage films

I hope there isn't a double of this thread here. What wagon is this towing the hotrod? My first guess was a Cadillac, because of the front V on the hood. Then again, Cadillac only made hearses. I'd say it's a Chrysler:

Looks like a 53-54 Chrysler Town and Country wagon.

 

Cadillac never made hearses ,they made a commercial chassis and the coach builder made and installed the body's on these chassis.

Yup. Wagon at the beginning of the film is a '53 Chrysler T&C.
