I realize this is a little long in the coming, but Mirror replacement is pretty simple. You have to remove the interior door panel first. Next there is a black plug over the nut at the front of the mirror. Remove it, and you can take the front nut off. The other two nuts are in holes under the window reveal. Be careful pulling the reveal back, the clips that hold it onto the door are attached poorly to the trim. Remove the wire connector last, so that the mirror does not fall, and scratch your paint. The mirror will pull straight out. Assembly is the reverse, and put the black plug back in the hole. It is there to stop wind noise. If you need a mirror, I have a couple. You will probably have to paint it to match.
