    Oddly enough that was somewhat common. Guess those Mercury front ends fit right in there. There was some customized ‘59 Impala I saw on a hot rod type magazine that had that treatment. 2C9E095C-BA79-4D5E-83CD-15DCCA507B27.png

    I zoomed in on the driver, I see glasses, I see white face hair, but I can't tell if it's Boyd or not.

    Ah Elgin, Illinois. Known for their street sweepers and watches. Think they have a River boat Casino there now. The sweepers are still made in Kane country, since 1914.

    Thanks for that video ... my dad bought his first TV around 1962 so I would never have seen it.

    I did end up with a 1960 Falcon Wagon ... but Canadian built and called Frontenac ... it did get excellent mileage for that era ... but was cold in the winter so I sold it.
