Guy wrote a big check to build that, it's expected he recover it. I see very little of anything left on that Bronco from 1970. It's nice, don't get me wrong, but you could get a Toyota FJ for a lot less and have mostly the same vehicle. The modern Bronco itself would also be hard pressed to justify this purchase.
Plus where do you take the Blazer and the Bronco off roading? At $1-300k large you really gonna take that thing anywhere dusty? I remember a few years back at Barrett Jackson there was a vendor there that would scour the earth to find you a Bronco carcass and for a mere starter of $100,000 give you your dream Bronco. It is an interesting world!
It's the 60's/70's adventuremobile. That's what is hot right now. Doesn't make sense, but if that's what the market will bear, then good for them. They may actually have made money on this build.
Update to overpriced car of the day. 1970 F100 for sold for $81K, It is nice, low miles, but...…….. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1970-ford-f-100-16/
So. What you're telling me is, someone paid $312,555 for this: + That is absolutely astonishing. Honestly, words escape me.
