Big brochure website: http://www.lov2xlr8.no/broch1.html Click on 'Oldsmobile', then you'll see listings by year and model. Not all brochures are available. unfortunately, the only '74 Olds brochure available is the full line one: http://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/olds/74olds/74olds.html There are numerous listings on E-bay and elsewhere for brochures for sale.
Pretty much everything was an "option" back then, even on high-end models like Oldsmobile and Buick. The link that Krash provided will explain in detail.
Thanks. And is the driver's key-hole lighting system available on this year and make of Wagon? I see these options: Power Locks Roof-Rack Two (And Three) Seats Power and Manual Tailgate Headlights-On Warning System Two types of child-seats Pulse-Wiper System Mirror on Passenger's Side Various Hubcaps "Tempmatic" Air-Conditioning System Rear-Window Defogger Towing Package Various Finishes Four-Season Air Conditioner Stereo Tape Radio AM/FM Radio And there are more that aren't listed in that brochure. Wow.
I am not sure about the illuminated keyhole on the '74 Oldsmobile. I know that my '78 Lincoln Town Car had it.
Actually you could still get pretty much anything you wanted(in the 70's). Special order as long as you paid for it.
Even that isn't all the available options. You need a salesman's ordering guide to see a list of all the available RPO codes.
