They've got a few kits for my wagon, the Chevy HHR - all aftermarket.
    Most look like this:

I'm not really thrilled with it.

This is the one I like....... (unfortunately, the designer / seller of this one seems to be a bit of a flake, according to the HHR forum peoples....). From what I understand, the rails are real wood.:

I like them all except the Taurus. Doesn't do anything for me. I think it was last year when I posted a Flex with wood treatment. I thought it looked pretty sharp.

Yeah, KK...I like the second one, too. Looks realistic and old school woody. What's up with the flake? Maybe he does these in his garage and is getting overwhelmed.

That's funny since I was just ready to post I like the Taurus but not the Magnum or Focus. It's amazing how tastes differ between us all.

My problem with most of these 'kits' is that they look exactly like what they are - kits, done on the cheap. Take some time and a bit more expense and do one like a manufacturer would. That's why I like that second HHR one.

The Focus looks sharp with wood. I like the 2nd HHR but would prefer to see it like the 1st kit with the wood going down the hood. Looks unfinished where it just ends at the door
