So for some reason I fell in love with this UGLY old machine. I am going to do a few hotrod upgrades and then rock it for a while and prob flip or trade it for something else. The idea is to have something fun and unique to cruise in that is a bit better on gas than my truck was. I think I made a good choice here as itll fit the car seats well, itll make one hell of a beach cruiser this summer, and well its just so ugly i love it lol What do ya think? I pick her up on Saturday the 9th if all plans go well http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Wago...me=STRK:MEWNX:IT&forcev4exp=true#ht_629wt_724 Itll get tint and vintage air fairly fast...the wheels will be after that and then MAYBE a motor swap if I keep it long term. If nothing itll be a fun impulse buy.... I know there is some concern with the bubbles so im gonna get a look at her before I pay. If its all bondo rot then ill pass on her. :banghead3:
Thanks man ugly is a relative term here and after getting a walk around vid of the roof I feel much better that the seam sealer was just put on by helen keller with a fork
Welcome! Saw your post on her over on the H.A.M.B. - no lovin' on those wheels there.... Anywhose, glad you are here. Lots you can do with that little cream puff. Marshall
itll have wheels n tires within a week of getting here. actually need to see what my options are because it cant have stock spindles with those wheels unless theres spacers n whatnot on it.
Ugly? Na... Unique is more like it. I notice that so many people look at my wagon because they just have never see one. Good luck with whatever your plans are.
oh and FYI the gto and cutty where in colorado when I lived thre and the stang is upstate NY and the bird was Fl...i move a lot lol
to the forum. Ugly is relative? Obviously you've seen my relatives! Only thing ugly about that wagon are those wheels, relatively speaking.
