Hi My name is Peter and im an estate/wagon enthusiast. Ive had a lot of cars but at this moment I own 2 cars that fit this forum. 1)Pontiac 1962 Safari. Canadianbuilt so its a bit different with its Chevy engine and Impala chassie. Bought the car from Florida. 2)Chevrolet 1959 Kingswood. Just bought it so its beeing shipped from California. Been in storage for 40 years and will need a complete restoration. Since I live in Sweden where its cold at winter, I have time to restore cars cause I cant use them anyway during the cold season. I also have a 1970 Firebird Ra3, Merc Turnpike 57, Caddy 1969 and a Chevy pickup but thoose are for other forums Hope im posting this in the correct area. Not so used to forums like this.
Welcome! We do like pictures, so please post some of all of your rides. We are automotive enthusiasts regardless of whether they're a long roof.
Welcome Peegee. Sounds like you have a nice selection of cars and in Sweden no less. They must be real head turners over there, not that they wouldn't be here, but I would think American cars are a rare find.
Thank you For the welcome I can understand that it will come as a surprise but old classic American cars are very common here. The biggest meet is called Power meet and we had 17000 cars at that meet this year. Think its the biggest carmeet in the world ? Estate cars are very "in" now but so far Im the only one w a 1962 Pontiac Safari here in Sweden. 1959 Wagons is not so exclusive normally but I haven seen any at the meets Ive attended this year. Thanks again guys. I will enjoy talking to fellow enthusiasts.
Welcome to the forums. Look forward to pictures of all your cars. We may be focused on wagons but we enjoy seeing them all as well.
Welcome to the forum. You and all of your cars are welcome. Any information and photos always helps. Good luck.
