Hello everyone, Even though I don't have a wagon right now I've had a lot of them in the past and appreciate how useful they can be. The last one I had was an '89 Pontiac Safari that got too rusty (the windshield frame rusted out, and if you dropped the driver's visor you could look up and see daylight). I've had some Fords ('71 Ranch Wagon and '72 Torino), a couple of other GM products ('77 Impala and '77 Olds), and several B-body Mopar wagons. If I had the space and time (and didn't fear divorce!) I'd get an Aspen or Volare wagon with a stick shift. I still regret not buying one new. I'm looking forward to being part of the community here. Harold
to the wagon train, harold. You don't have to have a wagon to join the family here. You just have to like them! But, beware.....your divorce may be imminent! Hanging around here will give you wagon fever and lead you to buy one!
It's worst for me I have get him to do the work...so far so go no talk of divorce yet...although I believe there may be a Camero pay back in my future. to the site Harold, glad to have you in our waggin community.
Harold to the wagon forum. Hoping you can work things out and still get a station wagon. When I married my first wife back in the dark ages many said it wouldn't last. Sometimes I don't think it will! Hang in there. Ya never know.
Hidey ho good neighbor Harold! That's a great story about your wagon with a new sunroof, lol. Welcome to the madness!
Welcome Harold!!! All are welcome in our forum those who have or just simply love station wagons. You will find all kinds cool rides and super cool people here.
Glad you joined, Harold! Friends of mine purchased a new Volare Premier wagon when they were first introduced. Within three months they started noticing rust pop through in the tops of the front fenders. The rear fenders started to go shortly after that. Of course, it was their daily driver and they lived in the snow belt, so it saw plenty of moisture and salt. Sometimes nice ones from the southwest become available for sale, so keep those dreams alive.
