Hey guys my name is Dan and I'm from south of Cleveland, Ohio. I have a passion for anything that's not stock, nothing bad about stock it's just it's how the factory did it and it has no personal signature of your own. I've had many stock restored vehicles but get the most smiles per mile with performance braking and handling. My current stable of toys is down to : 1969 SS509 Chevelle. It has a blown 509, T-400 w/3500 stall 3.90 12 bolt w/carbon fiber discs,35 spline Moser axles. Custom 2 tone paint suspension upgrades, brake upgrades blah blah blah you get the idea. I picked up last year a wagon for the wife to haul the kids around and for her to to have some fun with. It's a 1969 Chevelle Nomad Wagon. 1 of 4175 made in '69. It is a low option no 3rd seat, dual swinging tailgate car. When I picked it up it had been parked for a while and before that it was used as a race car. The plan is to make it a Pro-touring style SS396 "clone" with a 454 T-400 upgrade brakes ,suspension, and lowered a bit. Your typical Stop, Drop, and roll package. We have not settled on final color's yet for the old girl but with me having a background in Body/Custom Paint, Fab, chassis. it is likely to be over the top. I just started the resto in late april so it's in the beginning stages like stripping paint and doing metal work. I am teaching my 2 boys (9&7) how to weld and do metal work as this is their learning project. /chevellewagoncraigslistcamronsfootball030.jpg[/IMG]

Welcome to the forum. You're gonna have to figure out how to cut your pictures down. I had to rent a billboard to view everything! By the way, what's wrong with stock? My wagon is 100% bone stock!
