You need to have 5 posts before selling a car on our forum. Then, you are welcome to sell a car in the following section....
Station Wagons & Parts for Sale

If you look at the sub-head of the Welcome Wagon section it states "no classified ads please". The Welcome Wagon section is for introductions and the section I posted above is for the sale of wagons. Good luck with your sale.:D

Also, a California wagon should sell quickly on any National site like these:
    carsonline.com
    traderonline.com

You can open an account for free on both of these sites and they get lot of traffic.
    Post lots of pictures!
    Good luck with the sale.

Thank you Silverfox. I will be happy to wait. As far as introductions, I am a mother of two teenage boys. The car thing all started four years ago when my son was diagnosed with cancer. He was going through a tough time and my brother wanted to lift his spirits and give him something to distract him. He gave him an old willy's jeep that needed some work. My son joined shop class and worked on his jeep. He ran across the caprice wagon and bought it , thinking it would be his first drivable car. Turned out that it needs some work to pass smog and he has decided to get rid of it and try and get the jeep going. That is where we are right now. Thanks for reading and I apologize if I messed up a bit talking about selling the car in the wrong thread. Thanks again guys!

:wave:Hi Jill, I see your meeting a few of the guys. Great aren't they? I'm sure you and your son will have no trouble selling the car. I hope your son is health and able to focus on being a teenager. :yup: Hope you can hang out even after you sell the wagon. You don't need one to join in the fun, hope to see you around. :tiphat:

Like Fannie said you don't need one to join in the fun. I don't own a wagon (yet) and I got in just fine after placing some pretty hefty bribes and some shifty deliveries. Oops, sorry you weren't supposed to know that. :rofl2: No seriously I have been welcomed and joined the ranks of the wagon lovers sort of anonymous. These are good people. I get paid well to say that. Make sure you tell them that I said that. :rofl2: Sorry at it again. Anyways, :Welcome: Welcome to the Station Wagon Forums.

Welcome, Would probably be easier to get the wagon to pass smog than the Jeep but just my opinion and I am kinda bias too since I have a caprice wagon but good luck no matter which path you choose!

Hi there! I am enjoying this group already and I only just joined. I love the humor and friendliness! I have to get my son to wash his car. Also, he has bull horns on the front and an american flag painted on the hood...I am a little embarrassed to post before I get it cleaned up. I will try to do that ASAP. I will draft a classified as soon as I have the pictures. It runs fine, just going to need lots of tlc. The jeep that Kevin is working on is a 54 Willy's. Hopefully it is smog exempt or we are definitely out of luck. Thanks all!

Trying to post photo of 88 Caprice Wagon

Bear with me...trying to figure this out...
But I finally have a picture of my sons 88 caprice wagon. I am going to put a for sale listing in the classifieds, but wanted to get this picture up. Thankfully, the horns are not permanent...not so sure about the flag on the hood.
