    Hi Everyone

Coming to you from sunny little Belize. I bought an 89 Buick Electra Wagon, peeled, dented and has definitely seen better days. She's been parked for a few years so in need of tlc which I'm looking forward to taking care of. Nice to see so many old tanks still chugging around out there!!

    Welcome to the site.

My wife's from Monterrey, MX. Her mother is from Merida, MX, in the Yucatan state, so we watch their news, every now and then:

How'd you end up in Belize?

Lots of Buick fans here, so there should be lots of links to parts sources, and of course, a huge knowledge bank. Glad to have you.

thx guys.......its been a while since i had a proper car to work on so looking forward to getting my hands dirty!

Stormin', your wife is no doubt beautiful if she is from Mexico way! I moved down here a few years ago from the UK, I'm half Belizean, so sort of a return home.

    cheers

    Thanks, yep -beautiful and stubborn:rofl2:.

If you're looking for good tools down there, I bought a set of FOY tools, when we lived in Guadalajara. Most are the good old Chrome Vanadium steel type. Had them since 1997, and still look like new.
