    Hello everyone!

My names Mike and I'm a wagonholic :burnout:

My wagon is a Oldsmobile and slightly modified. I drag race it and my best time so far is 13.44 @ 98.16 mph (1/4 mile).

The Custom Cruiser or "Draggin' Wagon" that many call it sees lots of action at Norwalk, OH and Milan, MI dragways. I even win every once in a while!

The Cruiser has a balanced engine assembly (455 BBO) with Edelbrock heads, a TH-400 trans (3500 stall) and a 4.10 rear gear w/Auburn Posi.

I'm looking to get it into the mid 12's and call it done so it is still work in progress (only limited by time and money).

Yea, I do have my share of fun with it! I am close to Woodward Avenue and I take it down there every month or so during our short cruising season. I inevitably get the boy racer types in the rice machines and mustangs who want to street race. I'm not into that but it does amuse me :p

My 60' runs in the 1.7 second range, 1.73 to 1.75.

Any other wagons on here who have some performance blood?

    Regards,
    Mike

Cool car,but I'd have to put on some wire hubcaps/whitewalls and then go find the boy racer types

    I know what you're saying.

However, those blasted wire wheel hubcaps were so &$@% Noisy! :banghead3:

They had a captured anti theft nut in them that would work loose and rattle, rattle, rattle. Plus, I'd have to widen the rear rims to get 10" out of them to run a 12" wide tire.

Those nasty wire rims were the FIRST thing to get pitched :D

    Regards,
    Mike
