Can you imagine how much we've invested in it?!
    (Of course worth it!):2_thumbs_up_-_anima

This is how we found the Chrysler:
(I think it came this way from the states)

That doesn't really answer the question if it's your car in the photos or not....[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Sure looks better than the one Erik is showing. If you found the car the way it is in the pic I doubt that it is the same car.

You bet it's the same car.
several years of rough dutch climate has a bad impact!

That doesn't make sense, because the photos of the car in a better shape are more recent....
Where in Holland are you from, or are you in fact from the Netherlands ?

According to the Dutch RDW (DMV) website, the wagon is officially registered as a "CHRYSLER TOWNER EN COUNTRY" in the Netherlands ....[IMG]

    Hi Erik,
    I know from the RDW.
I bought it when it was already in Holland.
I have the car 8 years now and I live in Nijmegen.

I thought you would live local to that Didam car show where I spotted you in 2006, for some reason most Dutch people don't like to travel far to visit shows.

The car looks much better nowadays (y)

66TC's car looks much better than in Erik's pictures because of recent paint and body work,
and the T&C still wears the same license plate as in 2006. You can barely see it in the pic I took in Mannheim...

    They seem to enjoy driving their car a lot, which is what this hobby is all about (or at least should be);
    that's what they're made for.

Pretty neat Erik that you had those pics from 2006!

66TC had asked if I could get pictures of the wagon that the door glass came from, so here it is.
The rear door is laying face-down at lower-right, just where I left it after removing the window.

Larger, the '67 Dodge Polara (R.I.P.) still has lots of parts left, but it's going downhill fast.

Funny you mentioned that silverfox, as they did have a machete in the yard van that took me on our "Parts Safari" that first time.
Four saplings lost their lives to get the rear door off, but the dress code that day was pith-helmet optional. :tiphat:

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier. I have a 66 T & C parts car and lots of other 66 parts. If you still need a rust free tailgate let me know as I have one.
