Looking for 57k euros which I believe comes in just under $68,000 @ 1 euro = $1,19. Showing Chevy with a trailer so maybe that comes with it. Shame Doghead is not on these forums anymore he could probably translate for us.

If original, it's a 348. The 409 wasn't available till '61 and in very limited numbers to boot (142 of them). The first full year for a 409 was '62.

Also, unless Germany made them different, there is no such thing as a 2-Door Nomad in '60. Last year for a 2-Door was '57. From '58 to '61 all Nomads were 4-Door cars. In '62, they became Impala wagons.

That is a 4-door, it just has the rear door handles shaved. I know the 2 door body style was around in Canada for a couple of more years than in the US. I remember seeing a 2 door 58 Pontiac wagon for sale there a couple of years ago,

Upon a closer look, you are correct, it is a 4-Door. Now they still made 2-Door wagons in '58, '59 and '60 (US Made), but they weren't Nomads. They were low trim models. In '58 they were called a Yeoman. In '55, '56 and '57, you could also get a low trim model 2-Door wagon. Now in '61 and up, no more 2 Door wagons of any type full size Chevy. Wish they continued that though.

    That's pretty neat!

Correct. I don't have any information to add, just an anecdote; My Dad had a 57 chivy 2 door wagon. It was not a Nomad, but rather a Handyman 210.
