Hallmark just released the new catalog of this year's ornaments. Never too soon to think of Christmas, I guess. They are making a Wagon Queen Family Truckster!! It's not going to be available until July so we'll have to make do with the picture for now. I hope it turns out better than the picture because it doesn't look quite right IMO, especially the front end. That's the thing with Hallmark, sometimes with the vehicle ornaments they get the look and dimensions exactly and sometimes not so much. We'll have to wait and see. It's going to be $20.

I think the painted windows that you can't see through are throwing me off. For 20 bucks, you'd think they would put in clear windows and some interior detail. Being the car nut, I will probably buy one or receive as a gift, but I can't say I'm impressed. Then again...can we really expect them to know how to make a proper Country Squire in China??? (at least I'm assuming that since everything is made there now). If Hallmark is actually made in the U.S., then they should be ashamed at least slightly.
Probably couldn't have clear windows because it's battery operated - it plays the theme song from the movie.
I really want this ornament, have all the Vacation movies and the first one just about memorized verabatim. "They smashed our old car like a pancake".

Probably too much info to share, but..... I personally can't help but think of, "Hey Clark! The ****ter's full..." every time my 6 year old uses too much t.p. and clogs up the toilet!!!
My grandparents got me this ornament for Christmas. It is cool and the musical bit from the movie completes the package for sure. Anyone else get one as a gift for being good this year???
I thought for sure I was going to get one. I love wagons, the movie and I dropped plenty of hints but it just didn't happen. My wife did go to the Hallmark store on the 26th to see if they had any left but they were all gone. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be able to get one on ebay.
