Greenlight Collectibles has announced on Facebook that they will be releasing a 1/64 scale Family Truckster in January 2016 and a much larger 1/18 scale release will follow the second quarter of 2016. This should make some fans of the 1983 "Vacation" movie happy. Heres the picture of the preproduction unpainted 1/18 scale test shot from the mold that they posted on Facebook. Does not appear that it will have any opening features like hood or doors.

Hot Wheels or Matchbox had one last year, I had found it at Toys 'R' Us; I think I took a pic but it would be on my phone. I'll check it and post the pic if it is.

Here it is. Took a while to find the pic and get it to where I can easily access it. BTW, it appears to not be either Hot Wheels or Matchbox; anyone recognize the manufacturer by the line name on the upper left corner?

I couldnt believe how hard it was to find model/die cast station wagons. Alot of them are $99 and most are not even in stock at that price. I found one for $14, it isnt the same color as my full size wagon but it has the wood sides and $100 for a model is too rich for my blood. I got die casts of my other 2 cars in the same colors but at least I got a wagon with the wood sides. 73331-MMT-RED-SC-1979-Chrysler-LeBaron-Town-Country-Wagon-Diecast-Model-Toy-Car-det.jpg
