Man did it rain! Got the laundry done. Bathrooms cleaned. Carpet vacuumed. Lasagne in the oven...oh yeah the car (hehehehe) just playin with yah :29:

No trouble getting him on the hauler, started right up. While Wayne's loading I'm talkng to the guy, he tells me he doesn't think the finders are original  what... I couldn't believe it! Then wayne and buddy get into a discussion about the motor size. The tags on the side of the car say 307, but wayne's pretty sure it's a 327. I hope so, this car was a 50/50 split. He wanted the motor/trany I wanted the body parts.

Anyway blah, blah, blah...here's the pictures. Keeping in mind it was smashing down raining when I took these so just got a few. I might melt or something. I will add these to my images and a few more. I did some measuring when I got home the marker lights on the side are the same size as Fannie's so I'm pretty sure they are Beaumont fenders.

Hey! We've got lasagne in the oven, too! Neighbors coming over for din-din.
Love that Beaumont grill and those taillights. I think if I had a '69 Malibu I'd swap it out......

Good night to have the oven on...very rainy here :yup:. I love the grill too. I am hoping to resell the parts that we don't use. The tail lights and the back bumper aren't the same on Fannie :( so they'll go into the sell pile. I was thinking about removing the torn upholstery and selling seats??? we'll see. Lots to do EEEEE:bouncy:

Great find. Strip every concievable part off the doner before scrapping the rest.
I found this photo over on the For A Bodies Only mopar forum. based on the wheel covers and what I can see of the tail lights, this was a Beaumont too. I don't think a doner parts car could have helped this one and it was likly almost new when the photo was taken.

Scroll down to post #56 on the page this links to.

Make sure you get on Canadian Poncho.
Very helpful guys over there plus all the parts you dont need will be very helpful over there.
The Deluxe was a bare bones model with the V8 optional.
All the decoding is on the site as well so it can settle the 307 or 327 debate.

Looks pretty clean for a parts car. Check the numbers stamped into the block on a pad on the front of the engine in front of the passenger side head. Might have to clean it off to see the numbers based on that engine picture. That should clear up what engine it is/was.

Thanks Waygun. I am a member on that site also. My wagon is on their registry list, but I didn't realize there was only two wagons!

I went on there today to register the sedan and to post the car encase, like you said, someone else may need parts for these hard to find Beaumonts.
