It's a nice Pinto. The Pinto cruising wagon came pretty much like you see it from the factory. They were cool looking and had cool paint jobs. Here's one that Azwagon just picked up. It's rough but it is still factory stock. Note the port hole window and paint job......
Back when the Pinto was new, Some company came up with the Pangra kit. They were sold new through Ford dealers. Company's shop took off the Pinto sheet metal, installed (probably) modified aprons and core support, fiberglas fenders and hidden lights. They may have had an optional turbo kit as well. In days of $2,300 Pintos, the Pangra was more into the Mustang price range.....
I wonder how many of these were produced. I have to give Ford credit in that they made the car for such a small niche market.
